There are no other functions happening whilst you enjoy your time here. Flexibility is the name of the game and only your imagination will limit what is acheivable here. Should you wish, we are receptive to you bringing your own caterers and any other relevant suppliers. Rowhill Grange is an exclusive location for an exclusive day. The award winning and hotel and spa is a beautiful backdrop for the perfect wedding. We can cater for weddings from 2 - 150 and are licensed for civil ceremonies both inside our venues and outside in our Walled Garden. The Hotel also boasts 38 individually designed bedrooms together with the award winning Utopia Spa.

Spacious and truly unique, Bailiffscourt is a great location for a memorable occasion. The ceremony is held in the Music Room, with an optional Blessing to follow in our original Norman Chapel. Baylies, the Honeymoon Suite with it's four-poster bed, open fireplaces and twin baths offers ultimate luxury. The Spa has many facilities including both indoor and outdoor pools and offers many relaxing treatments. Bailiffscourt can tailor make a package to suit all types of occasions and can arrange Wedding Breakfasts from 5 to 75 guests in the Tapestry Restaurant and with exclusive use up to 300 in a marquee. Day receptions end at 5.30pm and for those who want an evening reception, exclusive use will be needed. The rate for this option is available on request.

Broadoaks is a serene and luxurious Country House set in the historic and charming Troutbeck valley in the heart of the Lakes. We were one of the first premises licensed for civil weddings in the Lake District and are now one of the few venues to offer outside weddings. Our landscaped gardens with lovers swing, fountain and terraces make a stunning backdrop for your summer wedding, while inside the house you may choose from three rooms as the venue for your ceremony the Music room with vaulted ceiling and Bechstein piano, Morning room or Function room. We appreciate that every wedding is a unique and individual experience and therefore provide a fully tailored service whether your celebration is for 2 or 100 people.
